This seven-story residential building, located in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, is one block from the waterfront. In addition to creating 113 new mid-rise apartments, the building features commercial space at street level and in the cellar. A retail entrance will be located at the corner of along Kent and residents will enter along North Third.

Tenant amenities include on-site parking and a gym. The roof is allocated for private terraces and a shared outdoor space that includes a putting green.

The structural system was designed as a bearing wall block and plank type. The length and mass of the façade is broken down through the use of window wall as well as a pattern of prefabricated panels and energy-efficient windows.
