This 56-unit residential tower will rise fourteen (14) stores above the complex site, constricted by narrow frontages along Gold Street and Ryder’s Alley and further complicated by nearby construction along Fulton Street.  A steel structure will support a façade of GFRC and prefabricated metal panels.

Although the project will not be submitted for LEED-certification, a series of green strategies were employed including the use of low-emissive (low-e) glass windows, roofing and paving surfaces designed to reduce heat-island effect as well as a well-detailed building envelope for optimal thermal and moisture protection.

The street and lower levels will be used for commercial space (5,900 SF) while the top floor will be used for residential common space.
