Planning and design of a new 5-story, apartment building comprising approximately 32,000 square feet. This new building, located on Bond and Bowery Streets, will feature two apartments per floor for a total of 10 units with a ground-floor retail or commercial space. The apartments feature loft like space with a 12-foot floor-to-floor height. The building’s corner lot allows for each apartment to have two window walls that will allow a maximum of air and light into each unit. Each apartment will also feature a balcony or roof terrace on the building’s distinctive bays and setbacks. The building’s curved exterior, executed in stone and glass, was developed as a way to gently move the structure around the corner from Bond to Bowery Street.
